Job Summary

As an Account Lead at Crane Worldwide Logistics, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring seamless logistics operations. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as primary contact for clients and provide escalation support as needed
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain and identify problems with client KPIs
  • Escalate issues promptly to ensure prompt resolution
  • Manage client requests and follow up to ensure client needs are met
  • Guide work and prioritize tasks, but do not have responsibility for hiring, terminating, reviewing performance, or making pay decisions
  • Responsible for managing client reports and ensuring accuracy
  • Plan warehouse layout and storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored
  • Lead or assist in new client implementation requirements from a system, process, and documentation standpoint
  • Work directly with operational staff, leadership, and client staff to understand business requirements and implement new processes
  • Learn to operate, navigate, and train CWW employees on warehouse systems, processes, and procedures
  • Other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements
  • Talking, hearing, and using hands to operate computer equipment
  • Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to drive a forklift and become certified by Crane Worldwide

Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED/Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3 to 5 years' experience or combination experience and education

Certifications and Licenses
  • Professional certification may be required in some areas
