Insurance Agent Business Developer

Haven Insurance Group is a leading insurance brokerage firm in Atlanta, seeking motivated individuals to join our team as producers. With a focus on growth and development, we offer a competitive commission structure and opportunities for advancement.
As a producer with Haven Insurance Group, you will be responsible for growing your own book of business, working closely with our service team to ensure seamless delivery of products to clients. Our agency has separate departments for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines, offering a wide range of products to cater to diverse client needs.
We are committed to providing clients with the highest level of quality service in a timely and cost-efficient manner. Our experienced team has 28 years of claims experience, enabling us to not only help clients obtain the most competitive policy but also provide support during claims processes.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong critical thinking skills, organizational abilities, and effective communication skills. You should be able to learn quickly and adapt to our processes and systems. A Property & Casualty license is required prior to start date, and we will cover the associated costs.
Our compensation package includes a base salary along with a competitive commission structure. We also offer flexible work arrangements, including remote work options once fully trained.
