Job Title: Senior Principal Semiconductor Product Engineer

At Raytheon, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Principal Semiconductor Product Engineer to join our team. As a key contributor, you will utilize your expertise in semiconductor processing, metrology, and failure analysis to drive technical decisions and improve manufacturing and technology readiness levels.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement advanced semiconductor technologies and processes to improve product performance and yield.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test semiconductor products.
  • Lead and manage projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of semiconductor products.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports to support project activities.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in semiconductor product development and engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of semiconductor processing, metrology, and failure analysis.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
