Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee school personnel by organizing work schedules, assessing staff performance, and creating performance enhancement plans. Support the implementation of the provided curriculum, which includes coaching and communicating standards with educators.
  • Ensure the school operates in compliance with company policies and state licensing regulations.
  • Maintain a nurturing, educational, and secure environment for children and their families.
  • Encourage creativity, boost self-esteem, and assist children in discovering new experiences daily.
  • Enhance the company's reputation and contribute significantly to establishing it as a preferred provider of educational programs within the communities we serve.
  • Recruit, select, and retain high-quality staff members.
  • Contribute to the company's profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
  • Must fulfill state educational requirements, with additional center/school requirements applicable.
  • Willingness to meet state-mandated Director qualifications.
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or management experience overseeing at least six non-exempt employees; experience in early childhood education is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary based on position, education, and experience. Bi-weekly and daily pay options available. Director salary range: $67,000 - $70,000 per year.
  • Comprehensive health insurance (medical, dental, vision, and FSA) for full-time employees; limited medical coverage for part-time staff.
  • Education assistance, including tuition reimbursement and certification, 401K (with company match), life and disability insurance, and childcare discounts for all employees.

Successful completion of a background check is a prerequisite for employment.
