We're looking for a dedicated and lively Early Childhood Enrichment Aide to join our Early Childhood program for ages 2-3 In this role, you'll be key in providing a safe, engaging, and playful environment where little ones can explore, learn, and thrive. Summary: Under the direction of the Recreation Supervisor, the Early Childhood Enrichment Aide is responsible for the supervision of child participants in ParkSchool.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the instruction and leadership of children in a fun environment while teaching specific class requirements.
  • Provide a safe nurturing environment.
  • Work within an approved program budget.
  • Develop new and unique program ideas.
  • Assist with development and marketing of new ideas.
  • Maintain a clean and safe activity room.
  • Maintain and organized schedule.
  • Provide positive and professional communication with customers.
  • Report any problems, unsafe conditions, behavior issues and accidents to the instructor.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain an organized schedule.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: High school Graduate or GED; one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Classification: Part time, non-exempt
