Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Coordinator to join our team at Concord Music Group, Inc. As a Procurement Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing marketing requisitions and bills in NetSuite, working under moderate supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process 2-way match transactions for marketing related project expenses for labels and shared services in your designated office
  • Assist employees with purchase order transactions, questions, and vendor setups
  • Participate in meetings with the AP team to coordinate payments, issues, and inquiries
  • Ensure proper tax forms (W-8/W-9) for all payees
  • Investigate discrepancies with invoices, reconciliations, or vendors to ensure that transactions are valid, correct, and for the appropriate amount
  • Assist in inventory requisition processing and perform other general tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of financial planning and analysis experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Experience with ERP or accounting software
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral required
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines required
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to be very detail-oriented
  • Strong Customer Service Skills required
  • Must demonstrate good judgment
  • Acknowledgement and acceptance of the Company's core values
