Experience in process or process control engineering within a large-scale manufacturing context

Outstanding collaboration, listening, written, and verbal communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple tasks

Skill in troubleshooting both technical and non-technical challenges

Proven experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting relationships

Capability to train end-users on new reports and dashboards
