About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Systems Analyst to join our team at Southwest Healthcare. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of clinical information systems across multiple facilities in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with clinical team members, Information Services peers, and staff to provide operational guidance and support.
  • Provide training and technical support to ensure the effective use of the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Analyze and resolve complex problems within the EMR and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, and workflow issues.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
  • Two to three years of clinical experience as an LVN, with acute care experience preferred.
  • Current LVN license in California and valid driver's license.
  • Strong knowledge of PC applications and computer equipment.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
