The ideal candidate will assist in the successful completion of luxury residential projects, working closely with onsite staff, subcontractors, and project management staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Lead Project Manager in daily tasks, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor selection.
  • Review project documentation, including constructability, QA/QC, and value engineering opportunities.
  • Manage job cost accounting, budget management, and project billing.
  • Coordinate and track the flow of information, files, drawings, permits, and correspondence.
  • Assist in subcontractor management, helping the superintendent coordinate schedules and logistics.
  • Schedule and track the status of all inspections throughout the project.
  • Participate in and lead assigned elements of project closeout, including punch lists, owner turnover manuals, and required owner training.
  • Participate in weekly planner/subcontractor coordination meetings and track weekly planner data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of construction experience, with high-end residential project experience preferred.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret project designs.
