Job Title: Registered Field Nurse for Home Health

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Field Nurse to join our team at At Ease Home Health Care Inc. As a Registered Field Nurse, you will provide high-quality in-home health care to patients in Los Angeles County, Ventura County, and Orange County.

Job Summary:

The Registered Field Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, communicating with healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient care, including assessments, care planning, and implementation of care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being
  • Participate in on-call duties as defined by the on-call policy
  • Ensure that arrangements for equipment and other necessary items and services are available
Requirements:
  • Active RN license
  • One year of nursing experience (If new grad, training, and oversight may be an option)
  • Current physical, which includes negative TB test or X-ray
  • Current CPR certification
  • Covid Vaccine (As per CDPH requirements, all healthcare providers must be fully vaccinated)
  • Must be able to walk, bend, stoop, and lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Active legal resident status (Passport, Work visa, Green card, etc)
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order.
