Job Title: Enterprise Application Support Analyst

Join our team at Raytheon Technologies as an Enterprise Application Support Analyst, where you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our digital systems.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Digital Technology team, providing support for our Secure Computing Enterprise applications. As an Enterprise Application Support Analyst, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to application packaging, distribution, installation, configuration, testing, and support.

You will work closely with customers and team members to ensure seamless application deployment and maintenance. Your expertise will be essential in resolving complex application issues, and you will be responsible for administering Teamcenter Application Rich client, Active workspace, Teamcenter reporting and Analytics, including Volume, Dispatcher, and Web Tier Servers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide support for Digital Thread Enterprise and maintain User of additional enterprise digital thread tools and/or applications (i.e. MES and MBSE related).
  • Troubleshoot application issues by assessing interaction of multiple components such as software, network, data access, user environment, OS, licensing.
  • Respond to and resolve Help Desk tickets.
  • Perform Teamcenter software releases, system upgrades, and issues in current Teamcenter and upgrade support, platform administration, user support for MBSE applications and/or tools.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in IT, including IT application project work; OR an advanced degree and 3+ years of experience in IT, including IT application project work; OR in lieu of a degree, 12+ years of prior IT application project work experience.
  • Active/transferrable US Government secret security clearance and must be a US citizen.
  • Security+ and/or Certified Information Systems Security Practitioner (CISSP/CASP) certification.
  • Knowledge of application behavior and experience troubleshooting application software issues.
  • Familiarity with Cameo Teamwork Cloud & Collaborator, 3DExperience and OpenPDM.
  • Familiarity with Oracle and SQL Server Database skills.
  • General IT Infrastructure knowledge (server/client OS, networking, storage, etc).
