About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Art Director to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, on-brand designs that drive customer engagement and revenue growth across digital and print channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotional materials
  • Concept and execute design treatments and style guides for multi-channel assets
  • Partner with digital teams to create engaging social content, including motion graphics and videos
  • Develop and maintain design best practices and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Manage and prioritize design projects, requests, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional experience in a Graphic or Visual Design role, preferably in the B2C consumer marketing space
  • Proven expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier, Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
  • Experience in 3D render design, motion design, and video asset creation for social media
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design choices and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in product packaging design and post-production techniques
  • Illustration and motion design experience
  • Demonstrated business acumen and customer-centricity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
