We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at SWJ TECHNOLOGY. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation and compliance of our Quality Management System across all affected departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of the Quality Management System across all affected departments
  • Ensure compliance with all documentation systems, customer portals, and other relevant processes
  • Report on the current Quality situation at all times
  • Eliminate errors and optimize processes
  • Introduce and maintain modern measurement and evaluation systems
  • Provide preventive customer support
  • Conduct audits
  • Ensure a high level of supply quality through regular quality monitoring of purchased parts
  • Ensure compliance with China's Implementation Rules for Compulsory Certification of Motor Vehicle Products
  • Ensure that CCC certified products comply with the Chinese product standard
  • Ensure that a procedure exists to control the labeling of the product with the CCC logo
  • Ensure that a procedure exists to control the marking of the CCC logo and prevent its application on faulty or non-certified products
  • Create and implement the CoP Control Plan
  • Announce any relevant changes to the Chinese Certification Authority before production of marked CCC products is allowed
  • Optimize project-related advanced quality planning activities
  • Ensure Quality representation in project meetings
  • Create, track, address, and close open items related to Quality
  • Report on the current Quality situation at all times during various phases
  • Organize and plan PPAP activities for on-time submissions
  • Manage all PRAM items in I-Share and report during project reviews
  • Manage all engineering change evaluations and implementations in I-Share for Quality
  • Attend tooling trials for Quality if needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or related Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of experience working in the position in the Automotive Manufacturing Industry
Preferred Skills
  • Plastics, process, and coating technologies
  • Experience in a supervisor, superintendent, or Quality manager position
  • Production methods (e.g., Toyota Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Value Stream Mapping)
  • Quality management systems, automotive
  • Measuring room technology, laboratory methods

  • PPAP
  • IT Knowledge (Office, SAP)
  • English language skills
Physical Requirements

Work is normally performed in an office, laboratory, manufacturing floor, or machine shop setting. Must be able to understand and comply with all relevant safety practices.
