AmeriPro Roofing is a leading residential roofing contractor with a strong presence in the DMV area. We are seeking a skilled Outside Sales Representative to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to educate and inform homeowners on their entitlements through storm damage. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of full-cycle sales experience and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new sales opportunities through targeted canvassing, referrals, and preset leads.
  • Manage and maximize assigned territory to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
  • Convert inspections to claims filed and contracts signed.
  • Review scope of work and sign contracts with homeowners.
  • Meet with insurance adjusters on property and collect funds and insurance deductibles from homeowners.
  • Obtain referrals from customers on approved sales and networking.
  • Build relationships by earning trust with homeowners and educating them on industry products and AmeriPro's policies and procedures.
  • Methodically manage sales pipelines via our CRM and maintain constant communication with sales leadership, homeowners, and office staff.
  • Prepare and attend weekly sales meetings and follow AmeriPro's sales system, policies, processes, and procedures.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of proven full-cycle sales experience preferred.
  • Reliable working vehicle with insurance coverage (10 years or newer preferred to qualify for allowance).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Smart phone capable of downloading apps and taking pictures.
  • Industry knowledge a plus, but not required.
  • Previous experience using a CRM platform required.
  • Experience following a documented consultative sales system preferred.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work in an independent environment.
  • Dedication to personal career development by reaching set goals.
  • Valid driver's license (any state applicable) and 21 years of age or older preferred (for insurance purposes).
