Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Zaxby's. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and employee management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee the opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Supervise Employees: Assist in the supervision of 2-4 shift managers and 15-50 employees, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and address any concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Conduct Employee Orientations: Ensure all new hires are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service and sales support.
  • Support Sales Process: Provide product knowledge and assist with sales transactions to drive sales growth and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor Sales and Inventory: Identify opportunities for improvement and provide input on inventory and ordering decisions to ensure the store is well-stocked and has the right products to meet customer demand.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a retail store manager or assistant manager, with a strong background in retail sales and customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certifications: Must complete a background check, subject to periodic and random drug screening, and complete an in-store training program.
