Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of our sales team, utilizing our E-Lead CRM system. This position is well-suited for someone with a proactive and dynamic mindset. While previous experience is advantageous, we are open to candidates who demonstrate a genuine interest in sales and are ready to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate an action plan and monitor the performance of sales personnel.
  • Identify training needs and provide coaching opportunities for the team.
  • Assist individual sales representatives in setting ambitious yet realistic monthly sales goals.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of customers, ensuring all leads are documented and followed up on appropriately.
  • Exemplify professionalism and a strong work ethic.
  • Ensure that sales staff meet or exceed activity benchmarks for calls, appointments, upsells, and closures.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective selling strategies.
  • Set objectives for sales and gross profits, leading daily sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive sales.
  • A proven track record of meeting and surpassing sales goals.
  • Exceptional customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and enthusiastic team player.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A consistent and reliable work history.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • A professional demeanor coupled with a strong work ethic.
