Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Mechatronics Adjunct Instructor to join our team at Paul D. Camp Community College.

Key Responsibilities
  • Teach Mechatronics courses to students in a variety of settings, including on-campus, online, and hybrid classes.
  • Develop and implement curriculums that align with student learning goals and objectives.
  • Use formative and summative assessment measures to evaluate and enhance student learning.
  • Stay current with industry developments and advancements in Mechatronics.
  • Participate in college and departmental meetings, and contribute to the development and evaluation of part-time teaching faculty.
Requirements
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • Teaching experience, preferably in a community college setting.
  • Ability to design and implement curriculums that align with student learning goals and objectives.
  • Knowledge of and experience with alternative delivery methods, including online delivery, hybrid, and hyflex course options.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Full-time teaching experience.
  • Community college teaching experience.
  • Knowledge of and experience with content software, web-enhancements, and other educational technologies.
