Customer Service Coordinator

**Job Summary**
MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle pre and post-course registration and ensure accurate data entry into our system.
- Prepare and file documents, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and deadlines, providing clear and concise information.
- Respond to customer inquiries and feedback, escalating issues to stakeholders as necessary.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**
- Minimally a diploma in any field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates with strong potential.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in basic applications like MS Office and Zoom.
- Experience in the service industry is a plus.
