**Job Summary**

MyCareersFuture is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Handle pre and post-course registration and ensure accurate data entry into our system.
  • Prepare and file documents, maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment terms and deadlines, providing clear and concise information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and feedback, escalating issues to stakeholders as necessary.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including tasks such as data entry and document preparation.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

**Requirements**

  • Minimally a diploma in any field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Open to entry-level candidates and fresh graduates with strong potential.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in basic applications like MS Office and Zoom.
  • Experience in the service industry is a plus.
