Clinical Support Representative

We are seeking a Clinical Support Representative to join our team at Lincare Holdings. As a key member of our customer service team, you will provide critical support to medical professionals and patients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:- Clinical Coordination: Collaborate closely with the clinical, sales, and service departments to submit new orders, monitor their completion, and prepare billing and setup paperwork for patient services.
- Troubleshooting and Resolution: Work closely with existing patients to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and dispatch corrective action via the appropriate departments within the organization.
- Product Recommendations: Collect patient information, analyze customer needs, and recommend potential products or services to management.
- New Hire Training: Actively participate in the training of new customer service and sales personnel, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Proven work experience required.
- Skills: Ability to learn and apply market and product information, as well as patient billing and insurance requirements.
- Multitasking: Multitasking capabilities essential.
- Computer Literacy: Computer and technological literacy required.
- Professional Image: Positive and professional personal image expected.
