Administrative Assistant

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant - Client Intake. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative setting, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. They will also possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
We offer a competitive salary of $16/hour DOE, plus benefits including PTO, hybrid WFH schedule, paid holidays, and 100% health, dental, vision & life insurance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with client intake, including reviewing legal documents and transcribing medical dictations
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone and email
- Assist with data entry, document management, and updating of databases
- Coordinate and assist in sorting, filing, faxing, and copying documents
- Facilitate communication between all departments
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative setting
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
