Key Responsibilities:- Facilities Management: Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to support Bandwidth's operational needs and business objectives.
- Project Management: Oversee the management and completion of various real estate and facilities projects, including new construction, renovations, and rebranding of offices.
- Health, Safety, and Security: Collaborate with the Safety and Security Manager to ensure a safe and secure workplace environment, and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Space Planning and Utilization: Strategically plan and manage office space allocations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for facilities operations, maintenance, and capital projects, and monitor expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in corporate facility management or a related field, with multi-office management experience
- Knowledge of lease negotiation and management, vendor/3rd party contract negotiation and management, construction and renovation project management, space/capacity planning, and asset management
- Skills in written and verbal communication, team management, and budget development and management
