Job Title: Director of Facilities

Bandwidth is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Facilities to oversee the strategic and operational management of our facilities and workplace environments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and enhancement of our physical assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilities Management: Develop and implement comprehensive facilities management strategies to support Bandwidth's operational needs and business objectives.
  • Project Management: Oversee the management and completion of various real estate and facilities projects, including new construction, renovations, and rebranding of offices.
  • Health, Safety, and Security: Collaborate with the Safety and Security Manager to ensure a safe and secure workplace environment, and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
  • Space Planning and Utilization: Strategically plan and manage office space allocations to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for facilities operations, maintenance, and capital projects, and monitor expenses to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years of experience in corporate facility management or a related field, with multi-office management experience
  • Knowledge of lease negotiation and management, vendor/3rd party contract negotiation and management, construction and renovation project management, space/capacity planning, and asset management
  • Skills in written and verbal communication, team management, and budget development and management
