Licensed Practical Nurse

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide high-quality patient care as delegated and supervised by the Registered Nurse.
The LPN will perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a Registered Professional Nurse.
The LPN will support the philosophy, mission, vision, and goals of the Nursing Division and the hospital.Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care as delegated by the RN
Perform tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care
Support the philosophy, mission, vision, and goals of the Nursing Division and the hospital
Requirements:
Graduate of accredited LPN program
Current New York State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse and BLS
One year acute care experience preferred
