Farmers Insurance is seeking highly motivated and determined individuals to join our team as Sales Representatives. As a Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to build a successful career in sales and work with a nationally recognized brand.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for soliciting new business, developing insurance quotes, and closing sales. You will also have the opportunity to grow your sales revenue using phone, email, and potential client lists.
We are looking for individuals who are self-starters with a sense of urgency, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a strong work ethic. If you are motivated and goal-oriented, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
- Develop insurance quotes and make sales presentations.
- Grow sales revenue using phone, email, and potential client lists.
- Prospect for new business by following sales leads from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and acquired data leads.
- Present and explain insurance policy options based on prospective client needs and their personal goals.
- Provide customers with additional information about new products and services.
- Sell Farmers' products and services to help customers meet their needs.
- Build and lead a successful team.

Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required. We will teach the right individual everything they need to know.
