Sales Territory Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our team at Precision Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients' local customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively present and demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers
- Meet with customers regularly to review product and service options and provide targeted recommendations
- Observe company operations to maintain high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Respond to inquiries, maintain records, build rapport, and recommend ways to improve product and service offerings
- Execute field sales campaigns and collaborate with the sales and customer service department to ensure competitive sales solutions
- Work all assigned territories sufficiently to maximize customer acquisitions and increase market share
- Maintain expert knowledge of the product line by attending weekly sales and customer service training sessions
Requirements:
- 2 years of direct sales experience preferred, but we'll also accept any customer or client-facing experience
- A general interest in sales and desire to advance within an organization
- Self-motivated to work independently in market territories
- Proficient in written and verbal communication when conversing with customers
- Strong work ethic to advance in new product and service knowledge
- Highly personable to build quick rapport with customers
