Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Therapist with strong clinical skills to join our team. As a member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to clients, while working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of client progress
  • Collaborate with other clinicians and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Pursue ongoing professional development and education to enhance clinical skills and knowledge
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A licensed therapist with one of the following qualifications: LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Strong clinical skills and experience working with diverse populations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional boundaries
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of up to $125,400 per year, depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
