Oracle EBS/Cloud Developer

X-Rite PANTONE is the leader in color science and technology, offering end-to-end solutions for color selection, communication, formulation, and production. Our global IT department is seeking an Oracle EBS/Cloud Developer to serve as the technical expert for Finance and Supply Chain modules.
About the RoleAs an Oracle EBS/Cloud Developer, you will be responsible for serving as the technical expert for Finance and Supply Chain modules, collaborating closely with business partners to document requirements, create technical designs/documents, and monitor project progress. You will also be responsible for pre-release testing and collaborating with the worldwide enterprise team to secure support for optimizing business processes.
Key Responsibilities- Support requirements gathering with end users, conduct workshops, develop requirements, and design documents.
- Investigate, research, and resolve production issues and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflow, SQL, and PL/SQL.
- Experience working on Configurations/Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization, and Integration (CEMLIs).
- Develop test scenarios, support unit testing and user acceptance testing.
- Develop associated EBS documentation including but not limited to requirements, design, code testing and end user documents, etc.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential, and the candidate must be able to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff.
- Experience working with a globally distributed team and interacting with offshore team.
- Experience working on helpdesk support services in an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment like Jira.
- Strong Understanding of EDI (850/810/856/846/830).
- At least 3+ years of Implementation/Support experience in implementing Oracle EBS Applications including R12.
- Strong experience providing operations and maintenance support of Oracle EBS Modules - Financials, Inventory, Supply Chain, Procurement, Service, GTM, and Workflow.
- University Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Technical skills, including writing SQL and PL/SQL queries using TOAD, EBS Workflow Administrator, and XML Publisher.
- Proven experience working with Oracle Support to investigate, research, recommend, and test Oracle EBS patches.
