Job Summary:
DSJ Global is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Supervisor to lead the day-to-day quality plant operations at one of our client's manufacturing facilities. As a key member of the Quality department, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality management system (QMS) and processes meet regulatory requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain quality control protocols and procedures throughout the manufacturing process.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production lines to identify potential quality issues and ensure adherence to specifications.
- Develop and enforce quality assurance policies and guidelines to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Train and supervise quality assurance team members, providing guidance and support to maintain a high standard of performance.
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2+ years of QA experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Prior mentorship or leadership experience.
