Position Summary
This dynamic role involves addressing customer needs both in-person and over the phone.
Utilize your communication skills to clarify warranty options, set time expectations between technicians and customers, manage checkout processes, and promote products and services.
Compensation Range:
$24.70
Key Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications
1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Two years of experience in consumer retail sales.
3. Ability to communicate effectively with customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
4. Problem-solving skills related to customer complaints.
5. Valid automobile driver's license and ability to operate customer and company vehicles.
Must complete and maintain all required educational courses and modules for this position.
