As a Legal Investigative Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying, investigating, and resolving matters related to the misuse of CoStar content and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and prioritize investigations related to improper use of CoStar services, data theft, and infringement.
- Monitor, review, and respond to password sharing, access by unauthorized individuals or entities, misuse of CoStar services, and misappropriation of CoStar content.
- Communicate with parties involved in suspected misuse of CoStar services.
- Document processes and organize records and case material.
- Assist with initiatives to protect CoStar intellectual property.
- Provide investigatory and other support for legal matters.
- Advise business team members regarding proper licensing practices.
- Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of the CRE industry and CoStar's business model/technology.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit University or College.
- 1+ years' experience in an internal role, with knowledge related to real estate, real estate technology companies, CSGP products, services, and how we offer these services.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with ability to be flexible and adapt to frequently changing workload and responsibilities.
- The ability to work with, analyze, translate, and understand data.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Working knowledge and usage of MS Excel, including usage of filters, functions, data entry, as well as working with and data organization techniques.

This position offers a base salary range of $67,900-$127,100, based on relevant skills and experience and includes a generous benefits plan.
