About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our buildings, ensuring that every area is neat, tidy, and welcoming. This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, handling trash and recyclables, and taking pride in keeping our spaces immaculate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and supplying designated building areas, including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, and cleaning ceiling vents
  • Performing and documenting routine inspection and maintenance activities
  • Carrying out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects as assigned
  • Notifying management of any deficiencies or needs for repairs
  • Making adjustments and minor repairs as necessary
  • Stocking and maintaining supply rooms
  • Cooperating with other staff members to achieve shared goals
  • Upholding the highest safety and sanitation standards
Requirements
  • Able to observe and comply with safety and security procedures
  • Ability to read and interpret written information, write clear statements, and communicate orally
  • Physically able to perform tasks requiring manual labor and operate power equipment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow schedules and commitments
  • Able to follow directions from a supervisor and demonstrate professionalism
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and work individually as well as within a team
