Position Summary

The Investor Relations/Marketing Associate will play a pivotal role in shaping the firm's marketing strategies and enhancing brand visibility. This position demands a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media engagement, and the nuances of alternative investments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support North American sales and marketing initiatives, investor servicing, and client relationship management.
  • Enhance the firm's capital raising efforts and improve the overall investor experience.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential investment opportunities.
  • Develop marketing collateral and pitch materials related to the firm's investment offerings.
  • Create pitch books and preliminary financial models for client outreach and marketing initiatives.
  • Prepare Due Diligence presentations to highlight investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-regional teams to produce impactful marketing materials, including sales pitch books, strategy documents, client reviews, conference presentations, and educational resources.
  • Ensure the accuracy and consistency of portfolio data across all marketing platforms by working closely with team members at all levels.
  • Identify opportunities for strategic enhancement by analyzing field feedback and collaborating with organizational partners.
  • Conduct various ad hoc research and analysis as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Private Wealth Management, Investor Relations, or a related field within Financial Services or Private Equity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Salesforce and Excel (including modeling and formulas).
  • Strong technical skills in data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce) and proficiency in PowerPoint presentations.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage effectively with all levels of management.
  • FINRA Series 7/66 (or 63) certification is required.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Creative and innovative thinker.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
