  • Oversee engagement-related expenses, vendor billing, expense documentation, and client invoicing.
  • Contribute to cultivating a positive culture within the property team, enhancing employee engagement, and participating in national training initiatives.
  • Implement and adjust programming based on collected data to illustrate the measurable impact of tenant engagement by analyzing marketing strategies, building app data, completing necessary reports, and setting milestone targets.
  • Prepare and present impact reports, surveys, and presentations as required to program directors, asset managers, and colleagues, both internally and externally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, vendors, non-profits, and community outreach programs to ensure responsible stewardship of local neighborhoods.
  • Act as the primary contact for tenant move-ins and move-outs, serve as the building technology liaison, and manage tenant event requests and VIP visits.
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking to scale tenant engagement initiatives effectively.
  • Support and coordinate meeting logistics with tenant contacts, including managing digital booking systems.
  • Document and escalate maintenance and facility concerns through appropriate channels.
  • Acquire basic AV troubleshooting skills to assist clients in connecting to installed in-room systems seamlessly.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Hospitality, Retail, Travel, or Marketing; or a related field, with preferred experience in meeting planning (Hotel, convention center, corporate, or association).
  • At least 1 year of experience in meeting or event planning within government, corporate, or hotel and convention services.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to comprehend and execute industry-specific instructions. A positive and innovative approach to problem-solving, presenting ideas clearly and concisely, and negotiating effectively to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ability to work independently as a project leader and collaboratively as a team member. Strong interpersonal skills, even when working remotely without personal contact. Organized, efficient, and detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
  • Judgment and discretion are essential for success. Professionalism in prioritizing tasks and managing competing demands is crucial.
