Job Summary

We are seeking a highly ambitious and customer-focused Regional Sales Development Manager to join our team in Naperville, IL.

As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in supporting MedPro's growing customer base and driving value for our clients through the sale of innovative compliance solutions.

About the Role
  • Meet daily quota expectations by focusing on sales activities and value-added services, such as compliance initiatives and other revenue-generating activities.
  • Utilize 'Value-Based Sales Skills' to uncover clients' existing service issues and needs, explain contract obligations, and provide alternative solutions.
  • Respond to customer concerns and proactively contact customers to ensure satisfaction.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • An estimated salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, with uncapped commissions based on performance.
