Quadrant Inc is seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Medical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Pediatric Medical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and support in a pediatric setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure rooms and instruments are clean and ready for patient use
Perform vital signs on patients and document any necessary information
Obtain a brief summary of patient complaints and document any relevant information
Assist doctors in procedures and make patient calls as needed
Perform sensory screening and fill out necessary paperwork
Call hospitals to obtain lab and x-ray results and contact insurance companies for necessary authorization
Complete referrals and referral cover sheets for doctor approval
Set up home therapies for patients and teach them when necessary
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Attend meetings to stay up-to-date on changes in protocol and procedures

Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a pediatric setting
Must have a background working with pediatric patients and experience giving vaccines
Must have experience taking patient vital signs and documenting information
