Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and effectively to radio calls and emergency situations.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the casino and hotel areas to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Oversee the secure handling and transportation of cash and other valuable assets.
  • Monitor and control access to restricted areas, including the gaming floor and employee areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Collaborate with other security personnel and law enforcement agencies to maintain a safe and secure environment.
  • Write detailed reports of incidents and irregularities, including equipment damage, theft, and unusual occurrences.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest security protocols and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in security or law enforcement preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of security software and systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergency situations.
