About the Role

Mission Hospital is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our NSICU team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including vital signs and medication administration.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina.
  • One year of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a critical care unit.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Preferred: National Certification in Critical Care Nursing.
