Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop control software for our products, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Build PLCs from scratch and integrate them with HMI/SCADA systems, leveraging your expertise in Allen Bradley and similar systems.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement control automation systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Conduct regular system tests and troubleshooting to identify, analyze, and solve complex operational problems.
  • Apply your knowledge of low voltage power systems to ensure the safety and efficiency of our products.
  • Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
  • Ensure that all software engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Controls Software Engineer or in a similar role.
  • Extensive experience with Allen Bradley and PLCs, including building PLCs from scratch.
  • Proficiency in C or C# and experience with HMI/SCADA systems.
  • Solid knowledge of low voltage power systems.
  • Experience in building products in an industrial manufacturing setting.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
