Job Title: Inventory Control Team Member

Job Summary:
Add value to the company by maintaining inventory accuracy through assisting with counting, recording, labeling and organizing products and supplies. Also includes assisting with the occasional receiving of new shipments and conducting periodic inventories.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
• Serve as a member of the Inventory Control team in accordance with our core values
• Perform all regular duties associated with team membership in a professional manner
• Conduct regular cycle counting of inventory with precision and accuracy
• Maintain product organization on both the sales floor and warehouse facility
• Assist in restocking of products based on needs by location
• Aid retail sales staff with locating products or retrieving specific items from the warehouse not currently on the sales floor
• Accurately reprice and retag products based on periodic price adjustments
• Assist with conducting inventories and other projects related to warehouse operations as needed
• Support the Internal Audit department in their efforts to improve company processes

Key Skills and Attributes:
• Precise attention to detail when conducting cycle counts, product organization, and other duties
• Ability to follow specific instructions and adapt to changes based on company priorities
• Punctuality in relation to attendance and communication
• Display a refined skill of time management when conducting daily duties
• Demonstrates winning Customer Service techniques such as empathy, patience, advocacy and conflict resolution and the ability to apply these to coworkers

Formal Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

Professional Experience:
• Some work experience in a warehouse or retail environment preferred but not required

Notes:
• Seeking candidates with Monday through Friday availability from 10 am to 4 pm. Alternately seeking availability on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10 am - 4 pm.
