Language Arts Educator

We are seeking a highly qualified Language Arts Teacher to join our team at Lebanon Middle School. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, fostering a love of reading and writing, and promoting academic excellence in our students.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and administer Language Arts curriculum aligned with school district goals and objectives.
- Create a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes individualized and small group instruction.
- Design and deliver lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities.
- Teach English grammar, syntax, vocabulary, and literature, as well as creative writing and communication skills.
- Assess student progress and adjust instructional methods to meet individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, and communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- State certification as a Language Arts Teacher or equivalent.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Successful teaching experience, preferably in middle school.
This is a standard teacher work schedule, with occasional travel to school district buildings and professional meetings.
