Job Title: Automotive Technician Opportunities

Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Automotive Technicians to join our team at BMW of Beaumont. As a BMW Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnoses, repairs, and maintenance work for customer and dealership vehicles. You will be at the forefront of innovative automotive diagnostic technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform high-quality and efficient repair services for various automotive systems, including engine, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning in accordance with Center and Factory standards.
  • Diagnostic Services: Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
  • Estimates and Documentation: Provide labor, time, and parts estimates for repair services and complete all required paperwork and documentation.
  • Quality Control: Perform Quality Control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete.
  • Communication: Communicate directly and efficiently with Service Advisors and Parts Department Employees.
  • Training and Development: Participate in continual BMW proprietary training/education programs to hone skills and develop expertise in industry-leading BMW automotive technologies and processes.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: At least 2+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience in a professional environment or equivalent.
  • Certifications: ASE certifications a plus.
  • Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the USA.
  • Safety: Must perform duties and responsibilities in a safe manner.
