  • Encourage customers to purchase or schedule preview package sales/tours.
  • Verify customer eligibility requirements for preview package sales/tours.
  • Determine and provide complimentary gifts to customers as a gesture of appreciation.
  • Answer customer questions about property facilities and services.
  • Receive, record, and relay messages accurately and completely.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No related work experience required.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • No license or certification required.
