The Sales Associate is a vital member of our store team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results. As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of our brand, providing a personalized shopping experience that exceeds our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.
  • Drive sales results by effectively communicating product features, benefits, and promotions to customers.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products, including current offerings, pricing, and promotions.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including purchases, returns, and exchanges.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts by maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of previous sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Current knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills, including the ability to use iPad/laptop and Mobile POS.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and meet Coach Scheduling & Availability Expectations.
