- Conducts performance reviews, recognizes exceptional performance, and administers discipline when required.
- A high school diploma and a minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience and two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
- Internal candidates, in lieu of experiences, may have demonstrated supervisory and leadership competency in an alternative documented method.
- Ability to read, write, and understand English.
- Ability to solve basic to moderately difficult calculations and analyze data.
- Statistical analysis proficiency is required; must be able to make sound business decisions based on available information and facts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
- Knowledge of Kronos UKG time and attendance software preferred.
