Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Assist project managers in performance of duties
  • Plan, organize, and orchestrate construction projects efficiently
  • Perform project take-offs
  • Prepare project submittals
  • Accurate estimating of public and private work projects
  • Solicit subcontractor and/or supplier information and pricing
  • Ensure proper scheduling and coordination of resources
  • Evaluate proposals and contracts to determine client needs and compliance with company standards
Requirements
  • Student in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
  • Outstanding work ethic and desire to learn
  • General understanding of the heavy construction industry
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Programs
