Role Description

As a Contract Manager at Absher Construction Company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the subcontractor onboarding process, ensuring successful project execution and risk mitigation.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Manage Subcontractor Relationships: Foster strong relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  2. Contract Compliance: Monitor and enforce contract compliance, milestones, deliverables, and timelines, resolving any issues or disputes that may arise.
  3. Onboarding Process: Coordinate with various departments to onboard new vendors and subcontractors, aligning them with our process and procedures.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in subcontractor management, prequalification, or procurement within the construction industry.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial ratios.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing diverse teams and stakeholders.
