We are currently seeking a skilled Subcontractor Prequalification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating potential subcontractors, assessing their financial stability, and developing strategies to mitigate financial risks through effective prequalification criteria and contractual terms.

The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $135,000, commensurate with experience and training. Our company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including employee stock ownership plan (ESOP), discretionary bonus, and 401(k) profit-sharing match.

  • Job Summary: The Subcontractor Prequalification Specialist will evaluate potential subcontractors, assess their financial stability, and develop strategies to mitigate financial risks through effective prequalification criteria and contractual terms.

    • Assess subcontractors' financial stability and ability to fulfill contractual obligations.
    • Develop strategies to mitigate financial risks through effective prequalification criteria and contractual terms.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience in subcontractor management, prequalification, financial analysis, or procurement within the construction industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial ratios.
    • A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as a safe and injury-free work environment.

About Our Benefits
