  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including RNs, doctors, and social workers, to provide seamless care.
  • Properly document and submit medical records to ensure accurate and timely communication.
  • Communicate with insurance companies to resolve coverage issues and advocate for patients' needs.
  • Analyze results, monitor variances, identify trends, and recommend actions to management to improve financial outcomes.

Requirements:

  • BLS certification
  • 2 years of recent case management experience
  • Additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment

Physical Demands:

As a RN Case Manager, you should be able to stand and walk for long periods, carry up to 10 pounds of weight, and bend, lean, and stoop without difficulty.

Working Environment:

You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, managing a fluctuating caseload during times of high census. You should possess excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients, families, and coworkers.
