Position: Automotive Technician

The Automotive Technician role encompasses performing vehicle diagnostics and executing routine maintenance and repair tasks. Key responsibilities include:

  • Diagnosing necessary repairs through comprehensive assessments
  • Conducting Courtesy Inspections and discussing additional service needs
  • Supporting inventory management and assisting with store operations
  • Following safety protocols and adhering to company guidelines
  • Enhancing technical skills and knowledge through ongoing training

To qualify for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Fundamental knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair
  • Preferred ASE certification and State Inspection license
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report
  • A basic set of tools or participation in a tool purchase program

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. independently
  • Engagement in standing, walking, reaching, bending, twisting, and kneeling as required
