Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Catering Manager to join our team at GR LLC. As a Catering Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and developing catering services that meet our brand standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality standards for catering services.
  • Solicit catering business from various sources and lead the restaurant team to meet sales and profit objectives.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of events utilizing catering services, including obtaining catering rentals.
  • Oversee and organize events, ensuring top quality sanitation standards and resolving customer complaints.
  • Develop and implement programs to increase revenues and perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager and/or Area Director.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years of catering management experience in a high volume environment required.
  • Must be able to obtain the appropriate state occupational license and possess strong leadership skills to manage, motivate, and develop staff.
  • Must have strong customer service abilities, excellent communication and people skills, and be able to work a flexible schedule.

Consults with:

  • All levels of management, Support Center staff, Restaurant Staff, and Vendors.
