Job Title: Network Engineer L3 ITAR
Location: Beaverton, OR (Onsite)
Contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer L3 ITAR to join our team at Smart IT Frame LLC. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Cisco SDWAN and legacy DMVPN technologies, as well as experience with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including Cisco Catalyst switches and routers.
- Configure and troubleshoot Cisco SDWAN and DMVPN technologies.
- Manage and troubleshoot routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and other teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network infrastructure with other systems.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve network performance and security.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Cisco SDWAN and legacy DMVPN technologies.
- Experience with routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Catalyst switches and routers.
- Good understanding of network security principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS networking, including VPC, transit gateway, direct connect, route53, and load balancer.
- Knowledge of network security tools and technologies, such as firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools, such as Thousand Eyes and Splunk.
